Refund policy
1. Right of withdrawal (14-day no-fault withdrawal)
Buyers qualifying as consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal without justification based on Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.).
- Withdrawal period: 14 calendar days from receipt of the product
- The consumer is not required to return all products, only those affected by the withdrawal
1.1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The returned product must:
- be in original condition where possible
- contain all accessories
- preferably be returned in its original packaging
The seller is entitled to inspect the condition of the product. If the product shows depreciation (e.g. wear, damage), the consumer may be required to pay a depreciation fee.
1.2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- products that cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons
- sealed audio, video recordings or computer software once opened
The right of withdrawal applies to unopened products.
2. Business (corporate) buyers
If the purchase is not made by a consumer (e.g. a company):
- the no-fault right of withdrawal does not apply
- the 3-day exchange guarantee does not apply
- mandatory warranty does not apply
In this case, only warranty for defects may be claimed for up to 1 year, with the burden of proof on the buyer.
3. Refunds
After processing the returned product, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
4. Exchange and defective performance
4.1. Exchange
For exchange requests, the buyer must contact customer service (by phone or e-mail) and provide the order number.
4.2. Defective product
In case of defective performance:
- Manufacturing defect → free exchange
- Shipping damage → documentation (photo), then complaint
- Improper use → exchange not provided
5. Return shipping cost
- For defective performance → return shipping cost is borne by the seller
- For no-fault withdrawal → return shipping cost is borne by the buyer
6. Warranty (mandatory warranty)
The warranty is governed by Government Decree 93/2024. (IV.23.).
6.1. Warranty period

6.2. Start of warranty
The warranty period starts on the day the product is received.
6.3. Submitting a warranty claim
The following is required to submit a warranty claim:
- invoice (serves as warranty card)
7. Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- improper use
- mechanical damage
- unauthorized repair
- natural wear and tear
- damage caused by liquids
8. Service process
The buyer must report any defect without delay, but no later than 2 months from discovery.

8.3. Shipping options
GLS courier service:
- Standard package: 1,690 HUF
For independent postal shipment, the seller does not accept liability for lost packages.
9. Repair and exchange
Under warranty, the seller will:
- repair the product, or
- replace it with an identical or equivalent product
Repair is carried out within 15 days where possible, but this may be extended in some cases.
10. Other provisions
- The product must be returned in clean condition and complete
- In case of improper maintenance, a service fee may be charged
- The seller does not accept responsibility for data stored on the device
- The buyer is responsible for making backups
11. Prices
- Prices are in Hungarian forint and include 27% VAT
- The seller reserves the right to change prices
- In case of incorrect price display, the buyer is entitled to confirm or cancel the order
