1. Shipping method
Orders are delivered by GLS courier service, providing fast and reliable home delivery throughout Hungary.
2. Processing and delivery time
- Orders placed by 9:00 on business days are generally dispatched the same day.
- Expected delivery time: 1–2 business days, usually within 48 hours.
3. Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: 1,690 HUF
- Free shipping for orders above 25,000 HUF
4. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days and handed over to the courier service as soon as possible.
5. Delivery
The courier delivers the package to the shipping address provided. To ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate information when placing your order.
Payment methods
1. Online card payment (Shopify Payments)
Secure online payment by bank card through the website.
2. Bank transfer
Transfer details are sent by e-mail. If you need a proforma invoice, please contact our customer service.
3. Cash on delivery
Payment by card or cash to the courier on delivery.
4. In-store payment (pickup point)
For personal pickup at our point in 1101 Budapest, Monori u. 2-4. E9-3, payment is accepted by cash or bank card.
