1. Right of withdrawal (14-day no-fault withdrawal)

Buyers qualifying as consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal without justification based on Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.).

Withdrawal period: 14 calendar days from receipt of the product
The consumer is not required to return all products, only those affected by the withdrawal

1.1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The returned product must:

be in original condition where possible
contain all accessories
preferably be returned in its original packaging

The seller is entitled to inspect the condition of the product. If the product shows depreciation (e.g. wear, damage), the consumer may be required to pay a depreciation fee.

1.2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
products that cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons
sealed audio, video recordings or computer software once opened

The right of withdrawal applies to unopened products.

2. Business (corporate) buyers

If the purchase is not made by a consumer (e.g. a company):

the no-fault right of withdrawal does not apply
the 3-day exchange guarantee does not apply
mandatory warranty does not apply

In this case, only warranty for defects may be claimed for up to 1 year, with the burden of proof on the buyer.

3. Refunds

After processing the returned product, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

4. Exchange and defective performance

4.1. Exchange

For exchange requests, the buyer must contact customer service (by phone or e-mail) and provide the order number.

4.2. Defective product

In case of defective performance:

Manufacturing defect → free exchange
Shipping damage → documentation (photo), then complaint
Improper use → exchange not provided

5. Return shipping cost

For defective performance → return shipping cost is borne by the seller
For no-fault withdrawal → return shipping cost is borne by the buyer

6. Warranty (mandatory warranty)

The warranty is governed by Government Decree 93/2024. (IV.23.).

9. Repair and exchange

Under warranty, the seller will:

repair the product, or
replace it with an identical or equivalent product

Repair is carried out within 15 days where possible, but this may be extended in some cases.

The product must be returned in clean condition and complete
In case of improper maintenance, a service fee may be charged
The seller does not accept responsibility for data stored on the device
The buyer is responsible for making backups

"The latest model to join the Frame Arms Girl spin-off series based on Kotobukiya's original Frame Arms robot series is HRESVELGR=RUFUS !

This model is the bikini armor version of Frame Arms Girl Hresvelgr=Rufus which is based on the Frame Arms model of the same name designed by ToMo and transformed into an original female character illustrated by E-ji Komatsu. The kit is combined with HEAVY WEAPON UNIT 20 DRAGON ARMS created by famous mecha designer Naohiro Washio.

Model Specifications:

- HRESVELGR=RUFUS (bikini armor parts) and DRAGON ARMS mecha parts come in metallic red.
- Combine various parts to create different weapon and armor loadouts.
- Combine DRAGON ARMS with separately sold HEAVY WEAPON UNIT 21 DRAGON ARMS to transform the DRAGON ARMS into Drago Mode. DRAGON ARMS can be used to form the head of the dragon.
- The frame for the Drago Mode torso utilizes the HEXA G-R.A.M. system from the Hexa Gear series, making it compatible with a variety of parts.
- The Dragon Cannon comes with different grip parts for when the cannon is stowed and when it is equipped for battle, and it is possible to attach the cannon to various locations on the model. A foregrip part is also included to have a model hold the cannon in both hands. The gun barrel can be folded to be stowed away.
- The Twin Blades come with a knives and wire part that can be attached to the base for a variety of customization options.
- The Dragon cannon can be attached to the Shield Fang part. The Shield Fang also comes with a moveable grip that can be used to create a completely new model weapon!
- The kit comes with three types of pre-printed face parts: default/facing forward, default looking to the right, and smiling to the left. One blank face part is also included.
- Two armament blades are included.
- The Chinese double bun hairstyle of Hresvelgr=Rufus and bonus hair parts from Hresvelgr Bikini Armor Ver. are included.
- Includes three types of bangs used with Hresvelgr Bikini Armor Ver.: standard bangs and left and right bangs covering one eye. They can be used with the separately sold Hresvelgr=Rufus and Hresvelgr kits.
- Hip joint parts compatible with 3mm joints are also included.
- The extendable shoulder joint and bicep joints offer a wide range of motion.
- The hand parts are attached with a ball joint, allowing for a wide range of expressive poses.
- The model kit includes five sets of PVC hand parts. The hands, including joints, are compatible with models of the existing Frame Arms Girl series.
- Includes decals for the eyes and other markings.
- The 3mm connection points on the arms and legs are compatible with existing gear from the M.S.G and Frame Arms series.
